What it is
Energy Spectrum (ES) is a software-hardware solution used for monitoring, managing, and optimizing energy consumption also known as Energy Management System (EMS). The ES solution collects various data regarding energy and energy resources (electric, water, gas, temperature, heat, etc.) and enables near real-time monitoring, historical data visualization, reporting, alarming, automatic load shedding and responding to overgeneration.
Why we build it
In today's dynamic business environment, efficient energy usage represents one of the key factors for achieving success and competitiveness. In order to make significant strides in energy efficiency, it is necessary to have a comprehensive and precise understanding of the energy parameters of the system. To achieve this, we developed Energy Spectrum with the aim of helping organizations increase energy efficiency, reduce losses and improve the quality of their energy system.

While this may sound strict, even if progress is made without measurement, understanding the extent of improvement becomes difficult. With that in mind, this solution provides an in-depth overview of your energy and power flows. Additionally, with active measurements such as real-time notifications, automatic load shedding and load balancing you can get further optimizations and cost savings.
Measurement
To be able to gather data from the field ES relies on meters and sensors installed on the equipment. Example of these devices are electric power meters, flow meters, temperature sensor, weather stations, digital counters, etc. If those devices are already presented ES will use them, otherwise we are more than happy to supply them.
Collection
After sensors and meters are installed, they are connected to specially designed Wi-Fi gateways (MM - devices), which transports data to central servers. These gateways are produced by us, they are integral part of the system, so we can guarantee data integrity and security. From central server data is consumed by end user applications.
Usage
ES consists of two apps, one for system overview monitoring and configuration and one for detailed analysis. Both apps are designed as Software as a Service (SaaS) and are available online using any device that support web browsing.
